THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this license requirement.
Marine Corps Installations East Contracting Office is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide Milestone XProtect Expert one-year base license C-Plus for XPETBL, one-year base license C-Premium for XPETBL, one-year Device License C-Plus for XPETDL, and one-year Device License C-Premium for XPETDL. Vendor must be certified to provide support for the XProtect Expert Version of the software. The period of performance will be from 13 August 2019 through 12 August 2020.
The applicable NAICS code is 511210 - Software Publishers with small business size standard of $38.5 million.

In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information:
•1   Is your business a small business under this NAICS code?
•2   Refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statement and respond base on the ability to provide those technical requirements.
•3   Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide the contract number.
•4   Cage code and DUNS number. Cage code and DUNS number must be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov)
