View Changes Project Title: Alter B737 and B733 Munitions AreaProject Location: Kirtland Air Force Base, New MexicoMHMV210015 - Alter B737 and B733 Munitions Area: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines requirements for the completion of project MHMV210015 Alter B737 and B733 Munitions Area located on Kirtland Air Force Base (Kirtland AFB). The purpose and objective of this project is comprised of minor interior renovation of two separate buildings, B737 and B733.- Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.- This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Your attention is directed to Section L and M for site visit information, bid preparation instructions, and evaluation criteria for award. Offerors are responsible for submitting bids designated in the solicitation no-later-than the date/time specified.- Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
