The subject of this quotation is the supply and delivery of food items and beverages for Republic Day Reception at the Culture Office, Banca Giuratale, Independence Square, Victoria, Gozo on Saturday 14th December 2024 from 7.00pm till 11.00 pm. The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be at the Culture Office, Banca Giuratale, Independence Square, Victoria, Gozo and the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be Saturday 14th December 2024 from 7.00pm till 11.00pm. The INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
