1. Design project:

This includes:

• complete design of tunnel structures, bridges, depot buildings, station buildings, and engineering networks
• design of railway systems including:
  • rolling stock
  • SCADA control system
  • operation control centre
  • alarm and communication systems
  • billing system
  • train power supply system
  • platform glass sliding doors
  • track works
  • depot equipment
• additional studies for complex conditions during construction.

2. Procurement:

This includes:

• procurement of all materials, equipment, machinery, and resources required for the project
• acquisition and transfer of rolling stock and equipment necessary for the metro system
• procurement of robust rolling stock capable of withstanding extreme weather, and compliant with RAMS management plan

3. Construction

This includes:

• implementation of underground structures, surface-level and elevated bridges, depot facilities, station facilities, and both internal and external engineering networks
• environmental protection measures, exterior and interior finishing works, and tasks related to roads and road facilities
• electrical, signaling, and communication works including power facilities, signaling equipment, and communication facilities
