Description

The OVFMP 4A.1.9 contract covers the following scope of work: Modernisation of the Aerobic Measurement Station.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Section VII of the tender document.The tender procedure will be conducted according to the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the "World Bank Instruction: Procurement of goods, works and services not subject to consulting under IBRD loans and IDA loans and grants by World Bank Borrowers from January 2011, as amended in July 2014, ("World Bank Procurement Manual") and is open to all eligible bidders, as defined in the World Bank Procurement Manual. In addition, please refer to sections 1.6 and 1.7, which set out the World Bank's conflict of interest policy.
OVFMP Contract 4A.1.9 "Modernisation of Aerological Measurement Stations".The Contractor is obliged to deliver, install, test and commission three Automatic RadioSounding Systems together with a dedicated Automatic Weather Station at the following aerological stations belonging to IMGW-PIB: Łeba (ul. Rąbka 1a, 84-360 Łeba, POLAND), Wrocław (ul. Graniczna 201, 54-530 Wrocław, POLAND), Zamość (ul. Mokre 115, 22-400 Zamość, POLAND). The contractor is also obliged to train operating and service personnel, provide long-term service care over the installed equipment and provide radiosondes for the first 2 years of measurements (1 460 units per station).
