Description

The primary school at Pegasuseck Berlin is located in the Kosmosviertel in the district of Altglienicke, Berlin, and consists of a main building, after-school care centre and sports hall as well as the associated outdoor facilities, and is to be qualified within the framework of the "Socially Integrative City" development programme. In addition to renovation measures on the existing building (prefabricated building), the school building will receive an extension with an assembly hall/men's hallMetal construction work on the existing building:- Renewal of the staircase facades as a post and beam construction with insert elements as well as external and internal doorsMetal construction work on the extension (new building):- Manufacture post and beam construction with insert elements as well as external and internal doors.
Title 1: Existing renovation measures- mullion and transom façade (approx. 50 m2): staircase façade with double doors, panel field, opening wing, lamella window as RA-opening;- exterior and interior doors.title 2: Existing qualification measures- fixed glazing in aluminium profiles, exterior and interior doors.Title 3: Replacement new building Qualification measures- mullion and transom façade with lamellar window as RA-opening;- aluminium windows in wooden façade incl. external window sills and sun protection;- external and internal doors;- sun protection inside roof windows;- wind trap as steel construction with façade cladding made of curtain-type sheet metal.
