The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of medical devices to the Ordering Party's seat (Krakow, Złotej Jesieni housing estate 1), according to the description and requirements included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.2 The Contractor undertakes to conduct training of the Ordering Party's personnel at the Ordering Party's seat at the request of the Ordering Party.3 The Ordering Party reserves the right to request the Contractor to make samples available at the stage of tender evaluation.4 The remaining conditions of the contract are defined in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.5 The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide samples of the products to be delivered to its employees.Other conditions of the contract are defined in the draft contract attached as appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference.5 The Contracting Authority requires that the offered assortment is registered as medical device class I, II or III.
