Description

The subject of the order is the supply of detachable plasmapheresis sets for PCS 2 and MCS separators manufactured by Haemonetics2 and owned by RCKiK in Kalisz. The order includes the supply of detachable sets for plasmapheresis for the PCS 2 and MCS separators of Haemonetics company owned by RCKiK in Kalisz in the amount of 30 000 units within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement.
I. Definition of the subject matter of the order Delivery of detachable plasmapheresis sets for the PCS 2 and MCS separators of Haemonetics company owned by RCKiK in KaliszII. Requirements for plasmapheresis kits 1. Disposable, sterile, detachable kits (i.e. those that require and connection during installation on the separator).2. Kits allowing plasma collection in the amount of 650 ml during one procedure - from a single puncture.3.Kits equipped with plasma collection containers made of plastic that allows for shock freezing of plasma at -60OC and storage at temperatures below -25OC while maintaining the sterility and shelf life of the container.4. Each final plasma storage container must be equipped with flexible drains with the possibility of their easy rolling and effective sealing on sealers of various types available at the headquarters of the Employer, in order to take samples for quality control tests.5.The diameter of the drains of the plasma storage containers with dimensions that ensure the mutual compatibility of the drains of different manufacturers so as to enable their connection in an open and closed system using the sealers available at the headquarters of the Employer for sterile connection of the drains.6. Plasma storage containers containing at least 2 ports, protected by a membrane on the inside and adequate protection on the outside to ensure sterility, allowing easy access to connect the transfusion set.7.. centrally on the lower edge of the plasma storage containers longitudinal incision of the container material with a length of approximately 2cm, allowing the containers to be suspended from the hooks of the transfusion racks.8. There must be permanently attached labels on the plasma storage containers, which must not be damaged or peeled off during preparation and storage. The parent label should be of sufficient size to allow the ISBT-compliant master label to be affixed to it.9. The parent label must bear the CE mark and codes conforming to ISBT 128 standards.10. Labels must include: company name and kit name, information on the purpose of the kit, batch number in letter and barcode form, REF number.11. Labels may include: information about the storage conditions of the containers, information about the type of plastic from which they are made, the expiration date of a given kit.12. Kits compatible with the PCS 2 and MCS separators of Haemonetics owned by the Purchaser and approved for use by the manufacturer of the equipment.13. Each kit closed in an individual protective packaging, ensuring adequate humidity during storage. Individual kits must be packaged in shatterproof bulk packaging. One bulk package may contain kits of only one series.14. Minimum shelf life of kits: 12 months from the date of delivery of the product to the Purchaser's premises. The expiration date of the product is one of the criteria for bid evaluation.
