PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE N° FOR-061224
MECHANIZED WOOD HARVESTING AND CONSTRUCTION
WINTER LOGGING ROADS - BOISCLAIR SECTOR
The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for the awarding of a contract for the mechanized harvesting of timber and the construction of winter logging roads on intramunicipal lot blocks located on its territory. This contract is for the 2025 winter season and covers the Boisclair sector. The services required and the various administrative procedures for obtaining the contract are described in greater detail in the tender documents.
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of November 13, 2024, from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.gouv.qc.ca, quoting notice number FOR-061224. Documents may be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.
Regardless of the shipping method the bidder chooses to adopt, to be validly received, all bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "FOR-061224 - Tender for timber harvesting and forest road construction - Secteur Boisclair - Winter 2025" and be physically located, no later than 11:00 a.m. on December 6, 2024, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received within the standards will be publicly opened by the person authorized for this purpose, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Procurement Department of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on December 6, 2024 at 11:10 a.m.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the requirements of the call for tenders and representing 5% of the total cost of the bid, plus taxes.
