Description
Meath County Council wish to undertake the redevelopment of an existing two-storey protected dwelling house and the development of the adjacent land with the construction of five single storey one bed sheltered housing units. The site is located just north of Navan Town Centre. The intention is to demolish the existing single storey extension to the existing dwelling and strip out the contents of the existing house and refurbish the existing house and construct a new single storey extension. The scope of the works also include new access road, car parking spaces, new pedestrian paths, soft landscaping, new boundary walls/fences and all associated site works, drainage, lighting, services etc. works.
