Measuring points and data storage for system modelingA system model of an electrolysis plant fed by wind and solar power with downstream compression (hydrogen plant for short) is to be developed as part of an R & D project, which continuously provides hydrogen to ensure emission-free train operation for a public transport operator. The system model will evaluate real operating data of the hydrogen plant for a research period of 10 years (December 2024 to 31.12.2035) on the basis of time series models in order to derive statements on operating behavior and optimized operating strategies.System modeling requires the installation of various measuring points within the hydrogen plant, the measured values of which are to be recorded continuously and fail-safe in a data storage system for the duration of the research period.Position 1Supply and installation of measuring points for system modelingMinimum requirements for all measuring points- Professional installation of the measuring points in the assigned components of the hydrogen plant- Measuring interval: 1 s- Duration of measured value recording: until 31.12.2035- Replacement, wear parts and maintenance of the measuring technology associated with the measuring points for 2 years from purchase, which are not part of the standard design of the componentsItem 2Supply and installation of a data storage system for system modelingMinimum requirements for data storage- Continuous storage of the measured values in a database in CSV format until 31.12.2035 with a measurement interval of 1 s (exception: transfer station component: 15 min)- Access to the database to retrieve the CSV measurement files via the Internet until 31.12.2035- Replacement, wear parts, maintenance and updates of the data storage system for 2 years from purchase.Confidentiality of the technical planning documents:The hydrogen plant is a research plant.
