Description
This framework agreement covers preliminary land and urban planning studies (data collection, feasibility study) and the drafting of specific dossiers (project declaration, declaration of public utility, environmental study, impact study, etc.), of the file for the compatibility of urban planning documents (excluding the land survey file) relating to the construction of large (several hundred places) and small (between 15 and 150 places, such as a semi-liberty center or exit support structure) prisons in Mayotte.
It may be executed through the issue of purchase orders and subsequent contracts.
Framework agreement without minimum / with a maximum over the total duration of the CA of €198,000 excluding VAT.
12 months duration, renewable 3 times - i.e. 48 months (4 years) Max.
