Description

1. NATO is looking for a Deployable Communication and Information System (DCIS) light kit.

2. The DCIS light kit will be operated in locations where NATO facilities may not be present such as:

  • facilities of NATO member nations or NATO partner nations
  • non-NATO locations where NATO staff are deployed

3. The DCIS light kit will be operated by non-CIS specialist users. Therefore, NATO Communications and Informtion (NCI) agency is looking for a turn-key solution, easy to deploy and operate.

4. The DCIS light kit will provide services to a small team composed of 2 to 10 users, in an extremely modular way so it can adapt from an initial team of 2 users to a maximum of 10 users in all the different use cases while continuously meeting the Size Weight and Power (SWaP) requirements.

5. The key criteria of the DCIS light kit solution are its:

  • easiness to operate
  • modularity to adapt to use cases and user team size while remaining compact and light
