View Changes **15 NOV 2024**  This is notice of Amendment 01 to the RFP.  This Amendment incorporates changes to L&M based on the answered questions received for the RFP.  PLEASE review the RED text for changes in the RFP.  Additionally, Attachment 1 and Attachment 6 are also updated.  A Full Q&A is provided.  At this time, no extension will be provided to the due date.
This is the Final Solicitation for Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) Enterprise-wide Maritime Special Operations Forces (MSOFS) 2.0.
The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 215 procedures.
This aqcuisition is a total small business set aside.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541990 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.5M. Please see attachments for all instructions and requirements of this solicitation.
