View Changes The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is issuing solicitation N50054-24-R-0008 for an anticipated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ-MAC) for Marine Boatyard Repair and Maintenance Support LOT II. Accordingly, the place of performance is the Hampton Roads Area where the Mid­Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) will administer the contract. Under normal conditions, work will be accomplished within a 100­mile radius of Naval Station Norfolk, in Norfolk, VA. The Contractor, under the direction of MARMC as an independent Contractor and not as an agent of the Government, shall furnish the material, support (electrical, crane, rigging, etc.), and facilities, and provide the management, technical, production, testing, and quality assurance necessary to prepare and accomplish the work identified. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide pier side assists and in-plant capabilities by providing the necessary management, technical services, labor, material, support services and equipment to accomplish a full range of depot level repairs and alterations, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal systems and equipment onboard various U.S. Navy vessels.
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year ordering periods. The applicable NAICS code is 336611 (Ship Building and Repair) with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees. In addition, this procurement will utilize the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation." The Government has determined that this requirement will be competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
