Amt Mannheim und Heidelberg, framework agreements Amt Mannheim und Heidelberg, engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI and object planning services in accordance with Part 3 Section 3 HOAI, Mannheim, Heidelberg and Rhine-Neckar districts, VBBW district, Amt Mannheim und Heidelberg, framework agreement planning services for technical equipment and engineering structures, engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI and object planning services in accordance with Part 3 Section 3 HOAI Vermögen und Bau BW, Amt Mannheim und Heidelberg is responsible for all construction measures of the state of Baden-Württemberg in the area of the cities of Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar district. Approx. 800 buildings are managed. These are administrative buildings, buildings in the justice sector, e.g. courts and prisons, buildings of the Ministry of the Interior, e.g. police and refugee accommodation, school buildings with associated boarding schools, buildings in the research and teaching sector, e.g. Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, DHBW Mannheim, Mannheim University of Music, Schwetzingen Academy of Justice, Heidelberg University of Education, Mannheim University and Heidelberg University and historical monuments, e.g. Heidelberg Castle, Schwetzingen Castle. Healthcare buildings are not part of this framework agreement. The framework agreement covers services from service phases 2 to 9 in accordance with HOAI as well as special services. This includes refurbishments, partial new builds and new builds. The planning services of lots 1 and 2 comprise measures with total construction costs of up to ? 15 million (gross). The planning services of lots 3 to 6 comprise measures with total construction costs of up to ? 45 million (gross). The client is entitled, but not obliged, to award individual contracts to one of the framework contract partners in accordance with the following specifications. The contract value is an estimated value. The framework agreement does not give rise to any claim to a specific order volume. The client reserves the right to conclude a framework agreement with several contractors (max. 5) for each lot. Before awarding individual contracts, offers will be obtained from all contractors of the respective lot on the basis of previously provided tender documents; the individual contract will be awarded to the contractor with the most economical fee offer.
