Description

The contract covers the management of subsidies granted by the CNL to French-language bookshops abroad and to French-language publishing houses abroad.
The CNL does not have the logistics to manage directly the operations linked to the payment of subsidies to bookshops and publishing houses abroad.
It is therefore looking for an operator to which it will delegate this function under a mandate agreement.
The service provider will have to meet all requirements.
The annual amount of subsidies awarded by the CNL to beneficiary bookshops and publishing houses varies according to the CNL's budget allocations, the number and amount of applications and the number and amount of subsidies awarded.
