Description

The nature of a legal entity under public law with its own assets imposes on the municipalities the need to optimize the revenues available to it in order to fulfill the tasks imposed by law, many of which come without committed public funding. Therefore, municipalities must act in two ways. First, they must act efficiently in their expenses and in the management of the resources they receive and, second, they must establish strategies to increase their income, always within the limits of the legal regulations and the opinions of the Comptroller's Office.
