This call for tenders concerns the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the award of contracts in the field of management of provincial real estate. The client would therefore like to get in touch with parties (both companies and self-employed persons) who, on the basis of predetermined qualification criteria, would like to be considered for admission to a supplier database, hereinafter referred to as the dynamic purchasing system.
