Description
The contract covers the management of body donations for medical teaching or research purposes.
Decree no. 2022-719 of April 27, 2022 modifies the procedure for donating a body for medical teaching or research purposes, and the operation of body reception facilities.
In compliance with this decree, the purpose of this framework agreement is to provide transport and funeral services for bodies and anatomical parts donated for medical teaching and research purposes on behalf of Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 has a body donation reception service (SADC), whose role is to receive donations, which it then transfers to the anatomy laboratories of the medical faculties (Lyon-Est and Lyon-Sud). The SADC is equipped with appropriate facilities for the conservation of corpses.
