Description
The Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale (Ministry of Employment and Social Solidarity) requires the services of two service providers, to supply professional services in the field of information technology (IT), to the Services des produits du Travail and Services Québec departments. More specifically, the call for tenders concerns on-demand maintenance, evolution and development of Oracle and APEX systems.
The work will be spread over a period of thirty-six (36) months.
The service provider must hold ISO 9001: 2015 registration, as well as liability insurance with a single limit of indemnity of at least two million dollars ($2M) covering bodily injury and property damage.
If the amount of the bid means that the contract will involve an expense, including the expense arising from any option provided for in the contract, which is equal to or greater than the amount determined by the government with regard to the obligation to hold a contracting authorization, the bidder must, on the date of submission of its bid, hold a contracting authorization issued by the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP).
