The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry Weilheim i. OB, invites tenders for maintenance cleaning as well as glass and frame cleaning for the following properties:
- Weilheim administration building, Krumpperstraße 20, 82362 Weilheim (UHR Lot 1 and GRR Lot 2)
- Schongau administration building, Amtsgerichtstr. 2, 86956 Schongau (UHR Lot 3 and GGR Lot 4)
The UHR Weilheim (Lot 1) comprises an annual cleaning area of 133,545.00 m².
The GRR Weilheim (Lot 2) comprises an annual cleaning area of 629.00 m².
UHR Schongau (Lot 3) has an annual cleaning area of 61,927.37 m².
The GRR Schongau (Lot 4) comprises an annual cleaning area of 326.34 m².
The contract for the UHR lots will be awarded on the basis of a free choice of 60% price and 40% performance.
The contract for the GRR lots is awarded on the basis of the lowest price.
The intended contract term is up to 5 years.
