Description
View Changes The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision necessary to repair and maintain pavements at San Diego Air National Guard Station in accordance with specifications, drawings, and Statement of Work (SOW). Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
