Description
The subject of the tender is the provision of janitor services, winter services and emergency response at the Magdeburg property.
The janitor activities include in particular
The winter service (snow and ice removal) is to be carried out seasonally in the period from 01.11. to 31.03. of the following year in accordance with the provisions of the applicable street cleaning law.
Emergency measures include, in particular, burst water pipes, heating failure, sewer blockage, power failure, fire, locking system malfunction, burglary or other emergencies. A burglar alarm system and a fire alarm system as well as fault messages from the technical systems shall be connected by telephone to the contractor, who shall guarantee a 24-hour on-call service from Monday to Sunday, including all public holidays.
The contractual relationship begins on 01.01.2025 and has an initial contract term of two years. If it is not terminated, the term is extended by a further year. The contract ends after four years at the latest.
