Description

the purpose of these contracts is to provide vending machines for hot/cold drinks and snacks in various municipal buildings, as well as vending machines for swimming articles at the Levallois Aquatic Center. qualified as service contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the Ccag "Current Supplies and Services" approved by the Order of January 19, 2009. They are awarded according to the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code, hereinafter referred to as "the Code". Each of the two lots will be awarded to a single contractor who will be paid on the basis of the consumption paid by the users of the machines and will transfer part of the revenue to the City. In addition, for lot 1, some of the consumption will be paid directly by the City for its employees
This lot concerns the provision of vending machines for drinks and sweets in various municipal buildings. Some drinks are paid for directly by the City in accordance with article 4.2.4 of the Ccp. This lot covers the provision of two vending machines for swimming articles installed at the Levallois Aquatic Center. See the Ccp for more information
