Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) is an invitation by MacEwan University to prospective proponents to submit proposals in response to this Management and Operation of Food Services NRFP, as further described in Section A of the Appendix B - NRFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

MacEwan University requires a food services provider to provide food services for students, faculty, staff and visitors that are consistent, superior in quality, value, service, variety and presentation as well as being nutritionally balanced and sensitive to the specific needs of MacEwan University’s City Centre Campus’ environment and the University’s image. The successful proponent (“Contractor”) will be responsible for food production, quality control, merchandising, communication, marketing and promotions, and services that are competitively priced for the University’s market.
