Description
We are pleased to invite you to attend a Temporary Accommodations Facility Industry Day to discuss an upcoming requirement for G7 Summit. The purpose of the Industry Engagement session is to initiate discussions with industry stakeholders about the Temporary Accommodations needs for the summit. This session aims to solicit input, and engage in dialogue regarding the requirements. Additionally, it will explore the capacity and availability options offered by service providers, address environmental considerations, accessibility considerations, diversity and discuss Indigenous participation. The goal is to leverage industry expertise to develop a procurement strategy that meets the project's objectives effectively. Industry Day Time & Location Date:September 12, 2024 Time:2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Location: In-Person:Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre 1316-33rd Street NE Calgary AB Virtual: Link of the meeting will be sent upon registration.
