DURATION OF CONTRACT

Equipment and accessories: In view of the nature of the Contract, it shall remain in force as long as the SUPPLIER has not delivered the Goods to the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION's satisfaction, or there are still warranty obligations to be fulfilled.

Service: 5 years

TENDER OPENING
Tenders will be opened by designated CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches personnel immediately after closing at the place, date and time indicated in the tender document. The bid opening is open to the public.

ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid.

COMPLIANCE

The goods proposed in the bid must comply with the description or technical requirements in the specifications. If the bidder is unable to comply with any of the technical requirements, the bidder should contact the file manager to check whether an alternative can be found by issuing an addendum.
