Description
Lot 1:
The tender is for the support service for SAP authorizations for the SAP systems used in the DAAD, which should cover the following aspects:
- Ongoing activities: Support in day-to-day business, in particular adaptation of existing and provision of new roles in the existing SAP systems as well as their extensive documentation, here from time to time also 1st level support by providing support in ticket processing for authorization issues as part of a "managed service"
- Analysis of the requirements for roles and authorizations, taking into account the special features of the DAAD
- Evaluation based on the relevant specifications regarding information security (BSI), data protection (GDPR), auditors, works council/works agreements and rules of procedure
- Identification of critical roles and authorizations including restriction of authorizations. This also includes reducing the use of the SAP_ALL profile to a minimum (e.g. for emergency users)
- Optimization of the authorizations of technical interface users
- Preparation and implementation of rollout tests as part of the technical authorization review or go-live
- Support in the event of errors in the area of authorizations for our current and future applications in SAP
- Development of concepts and roles as well as their integration into the productive application environment for our current and future projects in SAP, such as the introduction of electronic invoicing or authorization-related protection of the mobile workstation. This includes concept development, role creation and documentation
- Design and development of roles for Fiori\/UI5 applications, both authorizations in the frontend server (calling Launchpad, starting the tile, etc.) and corresponding authorizations in the backend server (calling OData services from the backend)
- Creation of a comprehensive role and authorization concept according to the need-to-know principle, including organizational and procedural aspects of authorization assignment, taking into account the evaluation results for the main business processes of individual funding and project funding, as well as other business processes such as evaluators, examiners, etc.; and implementation of the concept in all DAAD SAP systems on S4\/HANA or a selected cloud technology
- Authorization-related supplementation and support of the upcoming transition projects of the SAP HCM systems used by the DAAD to S4\/HANA
Lot 2:
A support service for the optimization of the SAP license inventory is also tendered:
- Analysis of the current license inventory, taking into account the special features of the DAAD as well as current and future planned SAP projects (e.g. S\/4 HANA). Creation of recommendations for action for optimization
- Addition of license types to the new role and authorization concept
- Clarification and optimization of license allocation for SAP SuccessFactors when introducing onboarding and possibly other modules
- Implementation of the new concept
- Support with the annual license measurement
- Use of samQ as SAP Licence Optimizer
