Description

The RM of Elfros no. 307 is seeking bids to load, haul and spread crushed gravel within our RM. Approximately 7000 cubic yards to 10000 cubic yards to be spread on municipal roads as per quantity and locatons provided by the municipality. Sealed or emailed tenders will be recieved until 4pm Monday April 7th prior to our regular council meeting April 10th where a selection will be made. The lowest bid will not necessarily be the one accepted. 
Gravel haul scale tickets are mandatory. Copies of the scale tickets must be provided to the gravel supplier and rm office weekly. 
Council is willing to work with the successful contractor regarding completion dates but would prefer the haul be completed by August 1st 2025. 
Proof of liability insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 in coverage and a letter of good standing is required from WCB. 
Please indicate ancipated start date and any other information you feel would benefit your bid.
