School District No. 62 (Sooke) invites expressions of interest from experienced childcare operators forthe use of 263 square meters of indoor childcare space and 223 square meters of dedicated outdoorspace at SĆIȺNEW̱ SṮEȽIṮḴEȽ Elementary School. The lease rate is $13.00 per square meter permonth, inclusive of custodial and utility costs. These rates are subject to annual review by SD62.
