LHM, as owner and shareholder represented by Markthallen München (MHM), intends to carry out the necessary structural strengthening measures in the basement (vacant, only technical areas used) of wholesale market halls 1-6 on the wholesale market site, Schäftlarnstr. 10, 81371 Munich. Preliminary investigations were carried out for the work and a building permit was obtained. The building is in operation on the ground floor (wholesale market hall incl. outbuildings, storage halls\/distribution halls for fruit and vegetables). Prior to the measure tendered here, a measure to clear the ground floor with demolition work, disposal of pollutants and, in parts, fire protection and structural upgrading measures and the first construction phases of the structural upgrading measures in the basement (BA01 and BA07) have already been carried out. At the same time, ongoing refurbishment work is still being carried out in parts of Hall 1 and the South Administration Building.
