1.0. OBJECTIVE FROM THE DEPARTMENT/APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
The IT Operations division (infrastructure and networks) is planning to purchase (lease) a replacement service vehicle, van type panel van with glazed side walls and rear doors, 5-seater, auxiliary heating for use in the event of breakdowns on the road, as well as spare parts (sensitive electronics) and special installations.
Function/purpose:
Service and field service vehicle for carrying out fault clearance and standby operations on ÜSTRA's IT infrastructure.
Operational characteristics:
Vehicle use: In regular service up to 12 hours/day, in on-call service
up to 24 hours/day
Average mileage: 75 km/day, at least 300 km/day (on-call duty/emergency service Hannover region)
(incl. air conditioning or + auxiliary heating)
Mileage/year: up to 10,000 km (basis for calculation)
Short distances between locations
Availability: 24/7 ? all calendar days
2.0. CRITERIA FOR THE SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
Only new vehicles (registration for Germany, according to the current StVZO) are to be offered.
ÜSTRA is successively electrifying its vehicle fleet. For this reason, the focus is on the CO2 emission evaluation in addition to the price.
