Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”) invites expressions of interest from commercial property ownersinterested in providing office or retail premises on a sale or lease basis (the “Premises”) for Fraser HealthAuthority for a publicly accessible healthcare facility (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request forExpressions of Interest (“RFEI”) is to select a respondent who currently owns a facility that complies with theProject requirements as set out below (“Respondent”) to enter into negotiations for a sale or lease of theproposed Premises for the Project.Project Intent: To provide a publicly accessible primary care/ healthcare facility in Chilliwack which will contain administrative office space, outreach, and clinical uses.The Premises may be used for the purpose of general office use and/or clinical accommodations for any and all health authorities and other similarly publicly funded bodies and their agents and private sector doctorsand physicians providing services on behalf or otherwise associated with health authorities in British Columbia, as permitted under the existing zoning regulations.Basic Premises Requirements: 9,000 – 15,000 useable square feet.
