Description

The subject matter of the contract is to provide laundry and disinfection services in the scope of transport and washing of hospital linen, working clothing and other products as well as implementation of a radio identification and linen registration system at the Ordering Party - according to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "service", for the Independent Public Health Care Centre of the Jędrzej Śniadecki Regional Hospital in Białystok.
The subject matter of the contract is to provide laundry and disinfection services in the scope of transport and washing of hospital linen, working clothing and other products as well as implementation of a radio system for identification and registration of linen - according to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "service" for the Independent Public Health Care Facility of Jędrzej Śniadecki Voivodeship Complex Hospital in Białystok2.The expected quantity of linen to be washed: a) during a month is: about 19,000.00 kg, including the washing of barrier linen: about 3,500.00 kg per month and other linen: about 15,500.00 kg per month; b) during the whole contract, i.e. 24 months is: about 456,000 kg, including the washing of barrier linen: about 84,000.00 kg and other linen: about 372,000.00 kg.3The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in appendix no. 1 to the SWZ (detailed offer form) and in the Contract draft, which constitutes appendix no. 6 to the SWZ.
