Description

The Office of the Saskatchewan Information and Privacy Commissioner is looking to upgrade its computers. We are looking for HP branded machines with the following quantities and specifications:
15 x Laptops
HP: 15.6-inch Screen, Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD Hard Disk, Windows 11 Operating System (Windows Enterprise), HDMI Out, USB-C Dockable, NIC Port
5 x Mini Desktops
HP:  Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM,  500GB SSD Hard Disk, Windows 11 Operating System (Windows Enterprise), 3 x Display Port or 2 x Display and 1 HDMI Out Optional: 3 year - warranty
Only new units will be considered.
We would also like to have these machines pre-configured for our environment, so we do not have to autopilot them upon received.
Depending on cost, warranty and/or pre-configuration may not be pursued. As such, vendors are requested to break down their tender into 1) Unit Model(s) 2) Unit Cost 3) Warranty Cost (where applicable) 4) Pre-Configuration Cost
While unit cost is the most important consideration, the successful vendor will be selected based on best overall value when factoring the cost of the unit, warranty, and pre-configuration.
