Description
The Rural Municipality of Excelsior No. 166 (hereinafter referred to as “the RM”) is currently in the process of decommissioning their landfill located at SE¼ 15-17-11W3M. The Corrective Action Plan and Closure Plan have been completed.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the RM to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of engineering services required to complete the landfill closure in accordance with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment requirements. This would include project management, tendering of construction services and materials ordering, site supervision and a final report. The intended use of the site at project conclusion is to accommodate waste and recycling bins.
Detailed requirements can be found in Cover Design (Appendix D).
The RFP may result in the award of one Agreement.
