Description
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for the outright purchase and delivery of pure specialty / liquid and industrial gases to be used in the various Department laboratories located throughout the state as further described herein. ------------------------------------------- The Department hereby replaces Appendix I attached below. ------------------------------------------- Addendum 1 issues a revision to the Timeline. ------------------------------------------- Addendum 2 issues a revision to the Timeline, and replaces Attachment B - Price Sheet, with Attachment B - Price Sheet revised on July 1, 2024. Vendors must submit revised Attachment B with their Bid submission.
