1. NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures is soliciting bids to enter into a contract for professional laboratory services for various municipal mandates. Two types of services are required by the City, awarded in the form of lots to be awarded separately, namely :
Lot 1: Geotechnical and environmental characterization studies
Lot 2: Quality control of materials and the environment
The tender documents, any document to which they refer and any additional document related to them can only be obtained through the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system ("SÉAO") (www.SEAO.ca) or by calling 1 866 669-7326. Obtaining documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization.
Bids must be received by 10:00:00 a.m., National Research Council of Canada official time, Tuesday, November 19, 2024, the time and date of the public bid opening.
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) apply to this call for tenders.
