Trinity College Dublin request the supply of an UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) Linear Multi-Pocket Electron Beam Source for the deposition of thin films including refractory metals. It will replace a Telemark 568 4x7cm3 pocket assembly on an existing Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) system.
