Description
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school requirements, and of leasing the more than 400 schools to the Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB).
The construction project is a new two-storey building for the newly founded elementary school at Eschenweg 1 in Hamburg.
The new building with an area of approx. 1,100 m² will be erected in relation to the existing building in the schoolyard adjacent to the bend in Eschenweg.
