Description
The project will involve work at our Seniors Apartment Buildings located in Machin and Eagle River. The scope of work will include;- Installation of new suspended ceiling located in corridor.- Installation of luminaires and fixtures in corridors, stairwells, and common areas.- Installation of water supply lines and recirculation lines in the hallways.- Installation of insulation for new water supply lines and recirculation lines- Installation of insulation for existing water supply lines and recirculation lines in mechanical rooms.- Installation of insulation blanket on domestic hot water tanks.- Installation of outdoor receptacles at parking areas.
