KCL houses four generators, which are Canadian General Electric machines, each with a nameplate rating of 147 MVA, 13.8 KV and 0.9 PF. Units 1 and 2 were put into service in 1975, and Units 3 and 4 in 1976. BC Hydro is seeking information from Respondents to assist in assessing the feasibility of completing a stator rewind and refurbishment of all four units (Option A), or replacement of the generators at KCL.   This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.All responses should be in English.
