The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the goal of concluding discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V on the active ingredient(s) as part of a so-called "open house procedure".
