Description
K 57 Wettringen, removal of RQ 14; road renewal and construction of new cycle path
The district of Steinfurt is planning to rebuild the cross-section of the K 57 district road near Wettringen and Bilk. In the course of the reconstruction, the extra-wide cross-section is to make way for a cycle path, and the carriageway is to be renovated in the course of this work.
The 1st construction phase begins at station 1+950 km AN 8 and ends at the traffic circle on the L567 at stat. 3+035 km.
The 2nd construction section runs from the traffic circle at station 0+000 km AN 9 to the end of construction at the transition to the K60 at stat. 1+745 km. The total construction length of the measure is approx. 2,900 m. In addition, parts of the drainage pipes are to be renovated.
