Description
View Changes This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) for support target procurement, preparation, storage, piloting, and management for ongoing and future JCO/RCCTO events. PoP 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. Location: Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) or other CONUS-based test range (TBD) to conduct RCMA operations.
The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote. In order to be considered technically acceptable, submitted quotes must demonstrate they meet ALL of the bullet points in the requirements document. Please ensure your quote addresses ALL requirements to be considered for award. Please see attached requirements document for details. Failure to adequately demonstrate intent and ability to meet ALL requirements or strictly comply may result in Quotations being considered non-responsive, at the Contracting Officer’s sole discretion.
Prices which the Government views as unrealistically low, without additional explanation, may be interpreted as evidencing a lack of understanding of the requirement and a technically unacceptable approach. Prices will be evaluated for Fair and Reasonableness.
