However, this is NOT such an open procedure - the publication form had to be used for technical reasons, as there is no form suitable for approval procedures. Rather, gematik assumes that this admission procedure does not fall within the scope of application of "antitrust law" due to the lack of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access to the framework agreement.1 The prerequisite for the conclusion or later accession to the framework agreement, which will come into force for the first time on 01.10.2022, is the complete and timely submission of the following evidence/declarations/attachments to the contact person at gematik listed below:1. to join the Open House Framework Agreement RXÜ 5 - Diverse Specialists II (form).2. proof of entry in the professional or commercial register (not older than 6 months at the time of the application for admission or accession) in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of registration. However, compliance with this deadline is not mandatory, as subsequent accessions generally take place seven days after gematik receives the application for approval or accession to the framework agreement.
