SAM SIR Post Description:
This Solicitation (SIR) is for Janitorial Services at the Aspen Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Aspen, Colorado to be completed as required in the Statement of Work (SOW) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation (SIR) 697DCK-25-R-00061.
This acquisition is an 8(a) set aside. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561720 – Janitorial Services.
The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
The Site Visit date and time Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 10am Mountain Time. Please email the names of those attending and the name of the company they are representing no later than Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 1:30pm Mountain Time to kyle.gelroth@faa.gov; PH: (970) 227-7187, sarah.russell@faa.gov; PH: (801) 979-5243, noemi.edwards and karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees. NOTE: MUST BRING A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
The address to the Aspen ATCT, which is where you will meet at the main entrance guard shack, is Aspen Air Traffic Control Tower, Pitkin County Airport, 0150 Airport Road, Aspen, Colorado 81611. Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to Noemi Edwards (noemi.edwards.faa.gov) and Karen McIvor (Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov) via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit.
Questions or comments pertaining to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Noemi Edwards at noemi.edwards@faa.gov and Karen McIvor at Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov no later than Wednesday, 11/20/2024 by 5:00pm Mountain Time. Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be made by Wednesday, 11/27/2024, 5:00pm Mountain Time to be added later.
All responses must reference the solicitation number (697DCK-25-R-00061) and be submitted to the following email address: noemi.edwards@faa.gov and Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov.
DURING THE SOLICITATION, ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY WITH NOEMI EDWARDS CONTRACT OFFICER AND KAREN MCIVOR, CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, VIA EMAIL (noemi.edwards@faa.gov) and (Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov). NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
All submissions must be received no later than Friday, 12/6/2024 by 5:00pm Mountain Time. Offerors assume full responsibility of ensuring that proposals are received at the place and by the date and time specified above. Late submittal of proposals will not be accepted.
The Government will not be liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of inquires or responses to this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for costs incurred in responding to this SIR. Responses will not be returned.
Prospective offerors are hereby notified that employees of Leonard Newman Unlimited, a private contractor to the Government, may be used in evaluating offers received under this SIR.
