The formal solicitation for a 5 year contract for Janitorial Services at the USDA APHIS SLF Facility in Minersville, PA  is now open at https://sam.gov.
Questions are due no later than 8:am 06/28/2024 to Contracting Officer Carol.dingess@.gov
Interested parties  please complete and return all 57 pages of Attachment_1 sf1449 form to the  Contracting Officer via  Email, (only) below by   4:00PM  7/19/2024 (MST). **Please use solicitation number on subject line when responding**
If a quoter has not completed all of the items listed on the first  page of  Attachment_1_sf1449 12639524Q0207 form - Instructions, the quote  may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award.
The  Attachment_2  US Department of Labor Wage Determination  WD- 2015-4251,  Revision 26, dated 04/09/2024 for  Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania  where the work will be performed apply to this Service, and has been provided to you for reference. 
Site Visits:
Interested parties are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
Site visits are at the discretion of the facility.  In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
