The wood-frame units were built for the market, each containing similar floor plans: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a detached shared garage.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Interior Wall Addition Plan Submission Permit Application Construction: Door Installation Counter and Sink Removal Egress Window Wells: Steps Door Lock Replacement Stairlift Installation from Main to Top Floor Basement Tub Replacement walk-in accessible shower with an accessible lip. Kitchen Hand Wash Sink Station Installation Update Fire Systems Smoke Detectors: Additional Sprinkler System: Additional Permit and Inspection Carbon Monoxide Alarms: Additional Emergency Lighting: New Portable Fire Extinguisher Installation Bedroom lighting replacement Garage Baseboard Heater Installation Exterior 5-foot wood fence Installation Continuous concrete front ramp installationWe anticipate the start of the project to be March 2025, to be completed by April 2025 with consideration to the lead time of procuring a stairlift.Your submission MUST be submitted using the following method:Your submission MUST be submitted electronically through BC Bid.
