The wood-frame units were built for the market, each containing similar floor plans: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a detached shared garage.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Interior Wall Addition Plan Submission Permit Application Construction: Door Installation Counter and Sink Removal Egress Window Wells: Steps Door Lock Replacement Stairlift Installation from Main to Top Floor Basement Tub Replacement walk-in accessible shower with an accessible lip.
